The Town of Duxbury Affordable Housing Trust was established through Article #25 at the March, 2008 Annual Town Meeting.
MEMBERS: Trustees shall include a member of the Board of Selectmen, 4 other appointees of the Board of Selectmen, and the Chair of the Local Housing Partnership (LHP) as an ex officio member.
TERMS: Trustees shall serve for a term of two years, except that two of the initial trustee appointments shall be for a term of one year. Trustees may be re-appointed by the Board of Selectmen, and there is no limit on the number of terms which a trustee can serve.
