PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
DUXBURY PLANNING BOARD
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 41 Sections 81-T and Section 81U and of the Massachusetts General Laws, that a public hearing will be held by the Duxbury Planning Board at the Duxbury Senior Center (Ellison Room) at 7:45 PM on Monday, January 30, 2006 at the request of the applicant, Duxbury Water Department, 878 Tremont Street (Town Hall), Duxbury, MA. The applicant seeks approval of a proposed subdivision “Delano Farm”; consisting of two lots and a third open space parcel of said existing land located at #324 Cordwood Path – Plot 500-010 on Map 120 (33 +/-acres) owned by the Town of Duxbury. The proposed plan depicts a subdivision with access via the existing layout off Cordwood Path.
A copy of the application, plan and other supporting documents are on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected Monday through Friday by appointment between the hours of 8am-3pm.
Any person interested or wishing to comment on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place noted above.
