PUBLIC MEETING
NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Duxbury Planning Board will be conducting an Administrative Site Plan Review pursuant to Section 615 of the Protective Bylaw of the Town of Duxbury for a proposal at 414 Kingstown Way put forward by Bongi Realty Trust. The meeting for the Planning Board review is scheduled for Monday, February 27, 2006 at 8:00 PM in the small conference room, lower level of Town Hall. The proposal includes construction of a 1,224 SF addition with internal renovations to the existing store and relocation of an existing dwelling, with related site improvements. The general public is welcome to attend the meeting to participate in the discussion relative to
the proposal.
A copy of the application, plan and other supporting documents are on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected Monday through Friday by appointment between the hours of 8AM -3PM.
Any person interested or wishing to comment on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place noted above.
