Notice is hereby given pursuant to Chapter 41 Sections 81-T and Section 81U of the Massachusetts General Laws, a public hearing will be held by the Duxbury Planning Board in the small conference room, Duxbury Town Hall (Lower Level) at 7:45 PM on Monday, April 11, 2005 at the request of Duxbury Bay Cranberries Realty Trust, – John C. Andresen, II, (Manager), applicant. The applicant seeks approval of a proposed subdivision consisting of one residential lot and a remaining unbuildable parcel of said existing land at the corner of Congress Street and Franklin Street – Plot 018-040 of Map 60A (60.6 acres). The proposed plan depicts a
subdivision with access via a proposed roadway off Congress Street (adjacent to 622 Congress St.) lot layouts, utilities and associated drainage.
A copy of the application, plan and other supporting documents are on file in the Planning Board Office and may be inspected Monday through Friday by appointment between the hours of 8am-3pm.
Any person interested or wishing to comment on the proposed plan should appear at the time and place noted above.
