The following links below are applications that need to be completed in order to aquire a Building Permit.
These may be printed, filled out and brought to our department.
These cannot be faxed, we need the original signatures.
Also required are the following;
1. Workers Compensation Insurance Affidavit
2. Construction Supervisors License and a Home Improvement Contractors Registration
3. Two plot plans
4. Two framing plans of the work being done.
