Certified copies of birth certificates of residents born in or whose parents were living in Duxbury at the time of birth may be obtained from the clerk for a fee of $10.00 for one copy. The same applies to death certificates of any person who dies in Duxbury or who dies elsewhere, but was a resident of Duxbury at the time of death.
